Refund Policy

At Dunmore Muscular Therapy, we take great pride in the quality of our services and digital products. If you have any concerns, we’re always happy to help and work toward a resolution.

Digital Products (e.g. plans, downloads, PDFs):
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final. Once purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is faulty or you were charged in error.

Physical Products (if applicable):
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo and your order number. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Consultation Services (in-person or online):
If you are unable to attend a booked session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
In exceptional cases, refunds may be offered at our discretion.
