📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to Ireland and select EU countries. If you're outside these regions, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accommodate.

⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on the way.

🚚 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Ireland: 2–5 business days

• EU: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates and delays can occur due to postal services, weather, or public holidays.

💶 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on select items or promotional offers.

📦 Packaging

We take care in packing your items securely and sustainably. Where possible, we use recyclable or eco-friendly materials.

📭 Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge for re-shipping.

📷 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 7 days with your order number and (if applicable) a photo of the issue. We'll do our best to resolve the problem quickly — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.
